Im now confused, why didnt you try to get me to extend to longer if you are not available for more time? Why offer additional treatments if i cant buy them? Well, as it turns out, they take time OFF your treatment to add on the new items. At that point, I did mention I was considering the scalp rub, to which she replied we didnt have enough time. She continued her rant, seeming like she was trying to coerce me into a longer, more expensive one. I replied that I picked something from the menu, and that is my choice. Upon heading into my treatment, 25 min reflexology, my masseur OLGA actually berated me for picking such a short treatment and said that its not enough time. First, we are not members but were allowed to use spa at additional fee because we stayed at a villa. I did NOT enjoy my experience at this spa. Not convenient for you the member when you have to pay by check (which most people do not use any longer) or pay the cost of the service fee.

It was stated that it is a convenience for the club member.Come on people get real. Are you going to go back to your guest and ask them to include the service fee? I do not think so.I use the term The Convenient Way because of an email that I sent to management concerning the new rule effective April 1, 2015. So who pays the service charge fee, guess what you do if you pay by CC.

Most people pay by CC not checks in this modern day age. And if you take lets say 4 guest to the Players Club and those guest want to pay their own way, no CC is accepted as of April 1, 2015.

I would think the dues that we pay to join and the annual dues far exceed the small service fee that the Players Club have to pay when members pay by CC. The convenient way means that you pay the service fee, not the Players Club. So let us talk about the fairness of the new rule concerning the convenient way of paying your bill using their new system.
